Oro Equestrian Ltd offers their clients a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, clients are not happy with the purchase they may return any un-used products/garments within 7 days from order receipt for a full no-question-asked refund. Returns after this period will be given a store credit/voucher to the value of the product.

Shipping & Handling
Oro Equestrian Ltd can accept orders from customers in New Zealand only.
The website is not stock controlled, so there is a chance that perhaps your item ordered may need to be ordered in firstly, this can take up to 3 weeks depending on ordering times, its also possible that the item may be on back order with the supplier, this will be communicated to the customer upon ordering. As we are ordering from Europe often products are available at different times of the year to our seasons. If you have any concerns, contact via email or through the ORO Equestrian Facebook messenger is encouraged BEFORE completing and paying for your order.
The delivery charges of Oro Equestrian Ltd include postage, handling and insurance for standard size parcels. A set postage and handling fee of $15 applies to each order. This fee covers the handling and postage of all products in one order, regardless of the amount of products; for example ranging from one item to ten items.
Oro Equestrian Ltd reserves the right to quote delivery charges for non-standard size parcels as well as any parcels above 3 kilo within New Zealand. Quote is also required for any international parcels.
Insurance is an option for the customer on non-standard parcels and parcels above 3 kilo as Oro Equestrian Ltd does not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels by New Zealand Post or any other Courier
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?
Your order will normally take between 3 and 14 days to deliver, we will message/email or telephone you to notify you of the expected date of delivery of your item if there is going to be a delay.
Items may be delivered to the supplied delivery address up until 5pm Monday – Friday. We cannot guarantee a specific time. We recommend a work delivery address for the recipient, as most people are not home during the day. If the recipient is not available, you may incur an additional fee for another delivery attempt.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Whilst we make every effort to maintain a current stock level on our web site, occasionally items can be ordered within a similar time span by separate people. If this does occur, the first order received shall be fulfilled and we will contact the second person and advise expected delivery schedule. Should this not suit, then the option to cancel the order is offered.
REDELIVERY - INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, postcode, advise incorrect or incomplete phone numbers, Oro Equestrian is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Redelivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home will incur additional costs to be borne by the customer. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.
REDELIVERY – RECIPIENT IS NOT AT ADDRESS AT TIME OF DELIVERY
In the case that the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time that New Zealand Post arrives, a card will be left asking them to contact New Zealand Post. The recipient will need to contact New Zealand Post to organise an alternative delivery time or address.
Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 10 days. At Oro Equestrian we work conscientiously towards the best possible delivery service to our customers. We have chosen to align ourselves with New Zealand Post, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, orders are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your gifts.
